Assessing a volunteer mentorship programme in a business and arts partnership

VOSESA recently completed an assessment of the Business and Arts South Africa (BASA) volunteer mentorship programme. BASA is a non-profit organisation whose primary aim “is to promote mutually beneficial, equitable, and sustainable business arts partnerships that will, over the long term, benefit the broader community.” The findings from the study will be drawn upon to strengthen BASA’s volunteer programme and provide a baseline for future research.
